At A Mouthful Publishing Services, we value professionalism, transparency, and delivering
high-quality results. To ensure clarity and fairness, please review the following policies before
purchasing any service or package.

Payment Policy
 

 All payments are due upfront before any work begins.
 Packages and services are non-refundable once work has started.
 We accept electronic payments (PayPal, CashApp, Zelle, Stripe, etc.) and traditional
payment methods as agreed upon.

Turnaround Times

 Standard turnaround time varies depending on the project type (Ebook, Paperback,
Children’s Book, Ghostwriting, etc.). Clients will receive an estimated timeline before
the project begins.
 Rush services may be available for an additional fee.

Revisions Policy

 Each package includes 1 round of minor revisions (spelling, formatting adjustments, or
light edits).
 Major changes (rewriting sections, restructuring the manuscript, or altering cover design
concepts after approval) may incur additional fees.

Manuscript Responsibility

 Clients are responsible for submitting a final draft of their manuscript unless
ghostwriting services are purchased.
 We do not accept plagiarized content. Clients must own the rights to all materials
submitted.

Illustrations & Design

 Illustration and design services included in Children’s Book Packages are limited to the
number specified (Silver – 10, Gold – 20, Bronze – 30).
 Additional illustrations or design work beyond the package may be added for an extra
fee.

Book Rejuvenating Package

 This service is intended for authors who already have a published book but would like to
update their manuscript and/or cover.
 Rejuvenation services apply to existing works only and do not include full re-publishing
or ghostwriting.

Copyright & Legal

 We provide assistance with copyright registration; however, clients are responsible for
maintaining and protecting their intellectual property rights.
 A Mouthful Publishing Services is not liable for disputes related to outside parties,
previously published works, or infringement claims.

Marketing & Book Signing Packages

 Marketing placements and features are subject to editorial approval by third-party
platforms. While we guarantee submission and outreach, final placement is not
guaranteed.
 Book signing events include venue use, setup, and limited copies of books as outlined in
the package. Additional copies may be purchased.

Refunds & Cancellations

 Due to the nature of publishing services, all sales are final.
 Cancellations after payment are not eligible for refunds, but services may be rescheduled
or applied to another project (subject to management approval).

Communication Policy

 All official communication must be in writing (email or signed contract).
 Clients are expected to provide timely responses to ensure their project stays on schedule.
Delays in client responses may extend the completion timeline.

 By purchasing a package or service, you agree to the terms outlined above. These policies are in place to protect both the client and A Mouthful Publishing Services, ensuring a professional
and smooth publishing experience.
